Performance electric Jaguar vehicles from SVO are coming

Jaguar Land Rover's SVO division plans to develop performance electric vehicles and to do so soon. The high-performance division is responsible for some of the most aggressive and powerful models in the Jaguar range including the F-Type SVR and the F-Pace SVR. Last year, the Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division was a resounding success with more than 9,500 units sold worldwide.

Over the next few years, the range hopes to develop other high-performance models using hybrid technology and electric motors. The news comes from the director of SVO, Michael van der Sande who plans several new SVO hybrid and electric models.

We don't yet know which models exactly, but we expect to see a high-performance version of the Jaguar I-Pace as well as hybrid versions of the F-Pace SVR and F-Type SVR. To be continued!
