The Jaguar F-Type SVR is powered by the same engine that can be found under the hood of the F-Type R sports car. In this application, the 5.0L supercharged V8 engine delivers 550 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque to all-four wheels due to the presence of the standard all-wheel-drive system with torque vectoring differentials. This powertrain is capable of launching the F-Pace SVR to 100 km/h in only 4.0 seconds and it allows it to reach a top speed of 286 km/h. The standard Variable Valve Active Exhaust System gives the F-Pace SVR a distinctive sound that announces its performance and refinement by allowing the driver to choose between a more aggressive or a more subdued exhaust note.

The Jaguar F-Pace SVR is not made simply by installing a more powerful engine in a regular F-Pace since it receives a large number of changes in order to make it look, handle and brake like drivers expect a vehicle with this performance to do.
